Expect to Deliver Excellence
RediClinic Medical Assistant Visionaries primary responsibilities may include:
The first point of contact for ambulatory clients, receiving them and obtaining client vital signs and recording in the EMR system
Assessing the Clinician with examinations, procedures and patient education
Administering injections including immunizations, and insuring appropriate patient screenings, teaching, and observation following injection
Performing phlebotomy, ultrasound, and other procedures required for client health screenings
Collecting payment for services rendered
Interacting with the company's retail partners, including store and pharmacy managers, and in-store personnel, to maximize and optimize in-store and local marketing support
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating raving fans
Participating in market-specific promotion programs, as well as customer research

Requirements:
2+ years of experience working as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a clinic setting
Demonstrated exceptional phlebotomy skills
Knowledge of computer-based medical records and point-of-interview technology
Ability to communicate effectively with retail and medical partners at various levels, clients, parents, and representatives of the community
Knowledge of basic medical assisting skills and techniques
Knowledge of standard clinic policies and procedures
Must be proficient in the use of all medical instruments and equipment as required by the work
Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA
