Mr. Mischer
currently serves as President of Mischer Healthcare, a health
care venture capital company. Previously, he was Chairman
of the Board of Trustees for Hermann Hospital and served as
CEO there for two years. He co-founded Belmont Village Assisted
Living Communities, and also develops medical and residential
real estate. Mr. Mischer earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the

Web Golinkin is the chief executive officer of RediClinic LLC, which is the nation’s largest independent operator of retail-based ‘convenient care’ clinics. During the past 24 years, Mr. Golinkin has served as chairman, vice chairman, president and/or chief executive officer of five companies, including three in the health field. In 1988, he co-founded and served as president and chief executive officer of American Medical Communications, Inc., which became one of the nation's largest producers and distributors of health-related television and video programming before it was acquired by Medsite. In 1993, he co-founded and served as chairman and chief executive officer of America's Health Network, Inc., which became the nation's largest health-related cable television network, with one of the most popular health-related websites, before it was acquired by Fox Entertainment Group, a division of NEWS Corporation. Mr. Golinkin has spoken at many healthcare industry conferences, has been published in The Wall Street Journal, and was featured in Forbes magazine. He earned a B.A. from Harvard University, is a member of World Presidents' Organization, and is immediate past president of the Convenient Care Association. |

Ms. Knowles serves as Chief Operating Officer for RediClinic. Prior to serving in this capacity, Ms. Knowles was the Vice President of Human Resources for RediClinic. Ms. Knowles has over fifteen years in healthcare organizational improvement in both for and non-for profit health systems. Ms. Knowles served as Director of Human Resources at Park Plaza Medical Center, and prior to that she held the same position at Shriners Hospitals for Children where she implemented a system wide leadership development program and developed an employee communication program recognized as a gold winner by Healthcare Marketing Report. A former facilitator for the Texas Institute for Health Policy Research, Ms. Knowles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Minot State University and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Capella University. |
