Mr. Mischer currently serves as President of Mischer Healthcare, a health care venture capital company. Previously, he was Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Hermann Hospital and served as CEO there for two years. He co-founded Belmont Village Assisted Living Communities, and also develops medical and residential real estate. Mr. Mischer earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas. |

Web Golinkin is the chief executive officer of RediClinic LLC, which is the nation’s largest independent operator of retail-based ‘convenient care’ clinics. During the past 25 years, Mr. Golinkin has served as chairman, vice chairman, president and/or chief executive officer of five companies, including three in the health field. In 1988, he co-founded and served as president and chief executive officer of American Medical Communications, Inc., which became one of the nation's largest producers and distributors of health-related television and video programming before it was acquired by Medsite. In 1993, he co-founded and served as chairman and chief executive officer of America's Health Network, Inc., which became the nation's largest health-related cable television network, with one of the most popular health-related websites, before it was acquired by Fox Entertainment Group, a division of NEWS Corporation. Mr. Golinkin has spoken at many healthcare industry conferences, has been published in The Wall Street Journal, and was featured in Forbes magazine. He earned a B.A. from Harvard University, is a member of World Presidents' Organization, and is president of the Convenient Care Association. |

Ms. Barrera serves as Chief Operating Officer for RediClinic. Ms. Barrera has over nineteen years of experience in healthcare and related industries, both on the medical provider and managed care payor side. Prior to joining RediClinic she served as the Director of Occupational Medicine for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and Health Network Providers (HNP), the largest healthcare system in Southeast Texas and the largest Independent Physician Association (IPA) in Texas. At Memorial Hermann, Ms. Barrera managed all occupational related hospital and employer worksite clinic operations, as well as client and provider development, resulting in multi-million dollar revenue generation for the organization. Ms. Barrera started her career at CorVel Corporation, a national managed care company specializing in medical management and provider contracting and reimbursement, where she managed the South Texas regional operations, including direct management of the Texas State Office of Risk Management account which represents all State employees. With an emphasis on healthcare and business administration, Ms. Barrera’s undergraduate experience at Stevens-Henager College set the stage for her ongoing success in the healthcare field. Ms. Barrera also maintains licensure by the Texas Department of Insurance, and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. |

Mr. Thompson serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for RediClinic. Mr. Thompson, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Ohio University, most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Duane Reade Drug Stores in New York City. During his tenure Mr. Thompson leveraged Duane Reade’s customer loyalty program and increased brand awareness resulting in industry leading sales comparisons. Prior to his time at Duane Reade, Mr. Thompson held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Eckerd Drugs where he was instrumental in leading the turnaround initiative and substantially increased the profitability of the drugstore chain. |

Dr. Cooley is RediClinic’s Vice President of Clinical Services. A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Cooley’s academic degrees include both BSN and MPH from the University of Texas. She received her PNP from University of California, San Francisco, and completed her PhD in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University. Prior to coming to RediClinic, Dr. Cooley served for over 30 years as faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Medical School Houston, where she taught young doctors and nurses in UT outpatient clinics. While at UT, she was founding director of Reach Out and Read Texas, part of a national pediatric literacy program. The skills attained in growing the program to include over 175 clinic sites have proved essential in directing RediClinic’s multi-site clinical services. Dr. Cooley is a member of the National Clinical Advisory Board for Retail Clinician, the peer reviewed journal for retail health. She also serves on the boards of in numerous local and national organizations including the Harris County Hospital District Foundation, Lord of the Streets, the St. Luke’s Episcopal Health Charities, Johns Hopkins School of Nursing Advisory Board, and Reach Out and Read National Center. A native Houstonian, Dr. Cooley has four grown children and a growing number of grandchildren. She is an avid photographer, and especially enjoys photographing children around the world. |

Mr. Clark joined RediClinic in August 2008. Prior to RediClinic, Mr. Clark served at US Oncology, the nation’s leading health-care services network dedicated exclusively to cancer care and research where he contributed to several of the company’s key initiatives: a private debt placement exceeding $100 million, building the company’s long-range forecast, developing and implementing practice management marketing tools, starting the company’s mail-order specialty pharmacy business, and customer pricing for the companies non-affiliated pharmaceutical sales business. Mr. Clark also served at Entergy Corp (NYSE: ETR), with roles on their Nuclear Asset Acquisition Team and in Investor Relations. Mr. Clark has earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University majoring in Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Mr. Clark is an active member of the National Brittany Rescue Association Network (NBRAN) helping organize dog adoption and transportation. |

Alyssa Parrish, Attorney and Vice President of Business Affairs, joined RediClinic in August of 2008. Prior to serving in this capacity, Mrs. Parrish was employed by the Texas Capital Defense Lawyers’ Association, where she served as both brief/motions writer and editor-in-chief of the Capital Litigation Magazine. Additionally, Mrs. Parrish received a scholarship from the State Bar of Texas to serve as an Employment Law clerk to the non-profit law firm of Advocacy, Inc. While at Advocacy, she participated on more than 40 civil/EEOC cases, which involved advising clients on the following laws/regulations: HIPAA, ADA, ADEA, Rehabilitation Act, Equal Pay Act, Wrongful Discharge, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
Mrs. Parrish has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston, where she co-wrote a chapter for a college-level textbook entitled “Negotiating Communication Challenges While Experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease: The Case of One Hispanic Family” and has performed lectures centered on Physician and Patient communication dynamics. During and after her undergraduate studies, Mrs. Parrish worked for St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and David Weekley Homes as a health care writer/marketer and a communications coordinator, respectively. In 2008, she earned both a Doctor of Jurisprudence and a Health Care Certificate from the Texas Tech University School of Law. While at Texas Tech, she served as a brief writer and oralist for Tech’s National Health Law Moot Court Team and received a C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Health Care Law, Public Health Care Law, and Reproductive Right Technology.
