As one of our Clinic Manager Visionaries, you will assume duties that will be focused about 80% on patient care and 20% on business management. The Clinic Manager Visionary is responsible for supervising clinicians and support staff within a clinic setting. Supervision includes orientation, development and evaluation of personnel, and monitoring the provision of quality services. The Clinic Manager Visionary also will act as the main point of contact for the clinic, manages the clinic budget, staff scheduling, and ensures the marketing programs are properly executed and maintained. As a RediClinic Clinic Manager Visionary, you will assess the general health status of ambulatory clients age two or older. You will develop and implement a plan of care within RediClinic's scope of service protocols, and will be a physician extender in the daily operation of clinic-based primary care facilities in retail settings. In this setting you will provide healthcare, health screenings, and other personal health management services to consumers in the local community.
