As one of our Area Manager Visionaries, you will assume duties that will be focused about 80% on patient care and 20% on business management. The Area Manager Visionary is responsible for supervising clinicians and support staff within a clinic setting. Supervision includes orientation, development and evaluation of personnel, and monitoring the provision of quality services. The Area Manager Visionary also will act as the main point of contact for the clinic, manages the clinic budget, staff scheduling, and ensures the marketing programs are properly executed and maintained.
As a RediClinic Area Manager Visionary, you will assess the general health status of ambulatory clients age 18 months or older. You will develop and implement a plan of care within RediClinic's scope of service protocols, and will have a vital role in the daily operation of clinic-based primary care facilities in retail settings. In this setting you will provide healthcare, health screenings, and other personal health management services to consumers in the local community.

 |
Participating in daily clinic operations from a clinical and business perspective |
 |
Assessing the health status of ambulatory patients
18 months and older |

Diagnosing and treating routine conditions |
 |
Prescribing medication when appropriate |
 |
Educating patients about preventive healthcare |
 |
Selecting health screening tests and panels |
 |
Providing related health management services to patients |
 |
Administering physicals and vaccines |
Business and Staff Related
 |
Managing all aspects of clinic operations, while controlling labor costs and clinic expenses |
 |
Assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and motivating clinicians, as well as other team members |
 |
Evaluating and monitoring job performance of clinic staff |
 |
Writing and delivering performance evaluations |
 |
Reviewing, approving, and submitting time worked on payroll |
 |
Managing clinic staff PTO and CME requests |
 |
Organizing staff scheduling |
 |
Monitoring clinic productivity through customer satisfaction reviews, daily traffic reports, and P&L's |

Interacting with the company's retail partner managers, including store and pharmacy managers, as well as district and regional pharmacy managers, to maximize and optimize in-store and local marketing support |

Communicating corporate related information to staff |
 |
Ensuring Clinic adheres to established clinical and business "Best Practices" |
 |
Complying with company management, accounting, and quality control systems |
Requirements:
 |
Current licensure in applicable state |
 |
National board certification |
 |
5+ years management/supervisory experience |
|
Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology |
 |
Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA |
 |
Superior oral and written communication skills |
 |
Demonstrated leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills |
