As one of our clinic managers, you will assume duties that will be focused about 80% on patient care and 20% on business management. The clinic manager is responsible for supervising FNPs within a clinic setting. Supervision includes orientation, development and evaluation of personnel, and monitoring the provision of quality services. The clinic manager also will act as the main point of contact for the clinic, manages the clinic budget, staff scheduling, and ensures the marketing programs are properly executed and maintained.

As a RediClinic clinic manager, you will assess the general health status of ambulatory clients age two and older. You will develop and implement a plan of care within RediClinic’s scope of service protocols, and will be a physician extender in the daily operation of clinic-based primary care facilities in retail settings. In this setting you will provide health care, health screenings, and other personal health management services to shoppers at food and drug retail outlets.

Primary Responsibilities:
Health- and Consumer-Related
Assess the health status of ambulatory clients age two and older, and treat clients that present with signs and symptoms consistent with certain common diagnoses
Provide quality health care services, maximize productivity, and optimize customer service
Provide health education and referrals, as needed, to meet the immediate health care needs of clients
Participate in the selection of medical tests, test panels, and other personal health management services that are offered to the company’s retail customers
Work in collaboration with a physician to diagnose conditions and, as necessary, prescribe legend drugs for patients in food and drug retail outlets, while maintaining compliance within our scope of practice
Provide quality health care services, maximize productivity, and optimize customer service
Maintain a healthy and safe environment for clinic associates and clients

Business- and Staff-Related
Manage all aspects of clinic operations, while controlling labor costs and clinic expenses
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and motivating clinicians, as well as other team members
Evaluate and monitor job performance of clinic staff
Write and deliver performance evaluations
Review, approve, and submit time worked to payroll
Organize staff scheduling
Monitor clinic productivity through customer satisfaction reviews, daily traffic reports, and financial reports
Interact with the company's retail partner managers, including store and pharmacy managers, as well as district and regional pharmacy managers, to maximize and optimize in-store and local marketing support
Participate in the annual budgeting process, particularly with respect to retail sales and expense forecasting, and share responsibility for adherence to the budget in both areas
Comply with company management, accounting, and quality control systems

Qualifications
RN licensure in the state in which they are practicing or a compact party state and APN authorization to practice in Family Health by the Board of Nurse Examiners in the state in which they are practicing; certified FNP
Two years of advanced nursing in Family Practice settings, and preferably some marketing or sales and/or customer service experience
Five or more years of management experience
Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology
Superior oral and written communications skills
Proven leadership ability
