RediClinic Announces Relationship with Aetna
Relationship Marks First Agreement with a Major Health Plan

HOUSTON (September 14, 2006) –
InterFit Health announced today that its RediClinic division has entered into a relationship with Aetna (NYSE: AET) in an effort to further increase the affordability of its health clinic offerings by giving customers another payment option. RediClinics are in-store facilities that provide consumers with easy access to high-quality, non-emergency medical services at affordable prices.

“We are pleased to make RediClinics even more accessible for Aetna members and to begin accepting reimbursements from health plans,” said Web Golinkin, President and Chief Executive Officer of InterFit Health. “We are constantly striving to make high-quality, routine healthcare more convenient and affordable for all consumers, and our relationship with Aetna is an important step in this direction.”

Aetna members can access RediClinic “Get Well” services at any of the following areas:

• New York City, NY* (Duane Reade)
• Fayetteville, AR (Wal-Mart)
• Broken Arrow and Owasso, OK (Wal-Mart)
• Houston (five locations), Round Rock and San Antonio, TX (H-E-B)
*only available to Aetna PPO-based plans.

RediClinic recently announced plans to expand into Atlanta with Walgreens late this year and to open new RediClinics in other markets with Duane Reade, HEB and Wal-Mart.

RediClinics are overseen by medical directors and staffed by certified nurse practitioners who diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for common medical conditions, such as strep throat and upper respiratory infections. They also administer a wide range of preventive services, including health screenings, medical tests, vaccinations and basic physical exams. RediClinics are open seven days a week (including most holidays) and offer extended hours on weekdays. Adults and children over age two are welcome, no appointments necessary and a typical visit takes about 15 minutes.

RediClinic’s certified nurse practitioners, who are registered nurses with master’s degrees, use a proprietary electronic medical record system to document and guide patient visits. This system ensures patient suitability to RediClinic’s limited scope of practice and facilitates continuity of care when other clinicians are involved. Patients who cannot be treated at RediClinic or who need ongoing treatment are referred to their primary care provider, if they have one, or to other physicians in their communities.

“Aetna wants every member to achieve and maintain his or her optimal health. That means offering the right programs, providing useful online tools and facilitating access to quality, cost-effective care. As people’s lives become busier, retail health clinics can provide a convenient alternative for certain common health problems when a patient cannot see his or her primary care physician,” said William Hauser, MD, Aetna’s regional medical director for the Southeast and Southwest Regions. “Aetna urges members to continue to use their primary care physician as their first recourse for care of common health problems and to recognize that retail clinics are not meant to treat serious illness or emergency situations.”
