with Debut of New Clinic Design $15 Flu Shots Offered at all Houston Locations HOUSTON (November 16, 2006) – RediClinic LLC announced today that the company will debut its new clinic design in Houston, with a national rollout to immediately follow in Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA and additional locations in New York City. RediClinic is opening three additional locations in the Greater Houston area before the end of the year. The Katy RediClinic, located inside the H-E-B Plus! at 6711 S. Fry Road (at Grand Parkway) is now open, and will be followed in December by clinics in The Woodlands and in south Houston. RediClinic plans to launch an additional 11 clinics in the Greater Houston area over the next 12 months. RediClinics are in-store healthcare facilities that offer consumers easy access to high-quality, routine medical care at affordable prices. “As RediClinic is based in Houston, we are delighted to expand our presence and introduce the new clinic design here,” said Web Golinkin, Chief Executive Officer of RediClinic. “We are offering $15 flu shots at all of our Houston locations as an invitation for consumers to see how easy and inexpensive healthcare can be.” The new RediClinic facilities will feature an innovative new design, which includes a spacious lobby area containing digital television monitors for patient-education programming. The new lobby area also will be used to provide complimentary patient-education sessions throughout the day. Houston-area RediClinics are inside H-E-B Stores at H-E-B Tomball, 28520 Tomball Parkway; H-E-B Woodlands-Sawdust, 130 Sawdust Road; H-E-B Bay Colony, 2955 South Gulf Freeway; and H-E-B Katy, 6711 S. Fry Road. The next two locations in December will be located in H-E-B stores at 9828 Blackhawk Blvd. and 10777 Kuykendahl in The Woodlands. To further increase the affordability of its services, RediClinic also recently announced that it will accept insurance from Aetna, Humana and UnitedHealthCare members.
