RediClinic Appoints New VP of Marketing and VP of Human Resources to Executive Management Team
June 2, 2010 (HOUSTON, TX) – RediClinic, a leading provider of high-quality, affordable and convenient healthcare, today announced Jeff Thompson as Vice President of Marketing and David Molotsky as Vice President of Human Resources.
As Vice President of Marketing, Thompson, who has 20 years of retail marketing experience, will be responsible for RediClinic’s consumer and partner marketing activities, such as developing and implementing strategic customer acquisition/retention programs, new product delivery and brand strategy.
Thompson, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Ohio University, most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Duane Reade Drug Stores in New York City. During his tenure Thompson leveraged Duane Reade’s customer loyalty program and increased brand awareness resulting in industry leading sales comparisons.
Prior to his time at Duane Reade Thompson held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Eckerd Drugs where he was instrumental in leading the turnaround initiative and substantially increased the profitability of the drugstore chain.
Molotsky, in his new role as Vice President of Human Resources, will assume leadership responsibilities for RediClinic’s human resources, training, recruiting, and payroll functions.
Most recently, Molotsky, who has 20 years of experience in healthcare-related human resources management, was a senior human resources business partner with Siemens Healthcare in Malvern, Pa. where he launched the organization’s first U.S. based diversity council and led the restructuring of Research and Development. Additionally, he partnered with business leaders at Siemens to drive organizational cultural change, successfully achieving 95+ percent employee retention. Before relocating to Houston, Molotsky also taught undergraduate courses in management and human resources at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Molotsky received his Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, N.J.
