RediClinic Brings Convenient Healthcare
To Rogers, Arkansas Wal-Mart Supercenter

$15 Flu Shots Offered at New Location and Current Location in Wal-Mart Supercenter in Fayetteville

HOUSTON (November 21, 2006) – RediClinic LLC announced today that it will open a second clinic in Northwest Arkansas located in leased space inside the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Pleasant Crossing Boulevard in Rogers, with a grand opening scheduled for November 21. This new location is a result of positive customer response to the RediClinic that is currently located inside the Wal-Mart Supercenter on North Mall Avenue in Fayetteville, AR. RediClinics are in-store healthcare facilities that offer consumers easy access to high-quality, routine medical care at affordable prices.

“RediClinic is delighted to expand in Northwest Arkansas with Wal-Mart, and to be able to provide the residents of Rogers with a convenient, affordable option for their routine healthcare needs,” said Web Golinkin, chief executive officer of RediClinic. “We are offering $15 flu shots until the end of the year at our Rogers and Fayetteville locations for people to see how easy and inexpensive healthcare can be.”

The new RediClinic location in Rogers will feature an innovative new design, which includes a spacious lobby area containing digital television monitors for patient education programming. The new lobby area also will be used to provide complimentary patient education sessions throughout the day. These and other new educational resources will enable consumers to make better overall healthcare decisions.

“At Wal-Mart, we know that family health and wellness is a high priority for our customers,” said Alicia Ledlie, director of health business development for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. “In-store clinics like RediClinic provide immediate, convenient and affordable access to basic health-care services, delivered by trained medical professionals. We are delighted to bring this service to additional customers.”

To further increase the affordability of its services, RediClinic also recently announced that it will accept co-payments from Aetna, Humana and UnitedHealthCare members.

RediClinics are staffed by certified nurse practitioners who work with local physicians to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for common medical conditions, such as strep throat and upper respiratory infections. They also administer a wide range of preventive services, including health screenings, medical tests, vaccinations and basic physical exams. Recent research shows that 98 percent of patients rate the care they receive at RediClinic as outstanding.

RediClinic has been recognized by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) for its support of and compliance with the AAFP’s desired attributes of retail health clinics and is the first retail health care provider to sign an official agreement with the AAFP. Additionally, RediClinic fully supports the eight principles recently recommended by the American Medical Association (AMA) to ensure that high-quality care is provided at in-store health clinics nationwide.

To further its commitment to quality healthcare, RediClinic has created a National Advisory Board for Clinical Quality comprised of national leaders in the field of medicine. Founding members of the Advisory Board include representatives from the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American College of Nurse Practitioners (ACNP), and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

RediClinics are open seven days a week, with extended hours on weekdays. Adults and children over age two are welcome, no appointments necessary, and a typical visit takes about 15 minutes. For a complete list of services, prices and additional information on RediClinics, visit
