RediClinic Adds UnitedHealthcare as Newest Insurance Partner
Agreement Means More Americans Will Be Covered

HOUSTON (November 15, 2006) – RediClinic LLC today announced that it has entered into a contractual relationship with UnitedHealthcare, a UnitedHealth Group company (NYSE: UNH), that will enable UnitedHealthcare’s health plan members to visit RediClinics and receive routine, preventative health care services.

RediClinic locations covered under the UnitedHealthcare agreement include seven locations in H-E-B stores in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, Texas as well as four locations in Wal-Mart stores in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Fayetteville, Arkansas. RediClinic previously announced plans to open 75 new RediClinics in the next 12 months and 500 by 2009, including 16 new RediClinics that will open in Walgreens stores in Atlanta this month. RediClinics are in-store healthcare facilities that offer consumers easy access to high-quality, routine medical services at affordable prices.

“We are honored to join forces with UnitedHealthcare to make routine medical services even more accessible and affordable to its members,” said Web Golinkin, Chief Executive Officer of RediClinic.

“UnitedHealthcare is dedicated to making quality, affordable health care as simple and available as possible,” said Randy Giles, CEO of South Texas UnitedHealthcare. “Our relationship with RediClinic reflects our commitment to ensure our members have better access to the quality, affordable health care they need and deserve.”

RediClinics are staffed by certified nurse practitioners who work with local physicians to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for common medical conditions, such as strep throat and upper respiratory infections. They also administer a wide range of preventive services, including flu shots, health screenings, medical tests, vaccinations and basic physical exams. RediClinics are open seven days a week (including most holidays) and offer extended hours on weekdays. Adults and children over age two are welcome, no appointments necessary and a typical visit takes about 15 minutes.

RediClinic uses a proprietary electronic medical record system to document and guide patient visits. This system ensures patient suitability to RediClinic’s scope of practice and facilitates continuity of care when other clinicians are involved. Patients who cannot be treated at RediClinic or who need ongoing treatment are referred to their primary care provider, if they have one, or to other physicians in their communities.
