RediClinic Expands to Atlanta with Walgreens
Company will Open 16 Atlanta-area Locations by end of 2006

HOUSTON (July 31, 2006) – InterFit Health announced today that its RediClinic division will open 16 units in Walgreens drug stores in Atlanta by the end of the year.  RediClinics are in-store facilities that give consumers easy access to high-quality, non-emergency medical services at affordable prices.

“For the first time, residents of the greater Atlanta area will be able to get both treatment for minor medical conditions and many preventive services easily and inexpensively at their favorite local drug store,” said Web Golinkin, President and Chief Executive Officer of InterFit Health.  “Ninety-eight percent of RediClinic patients to date have rated our service as ‘outstanding’, and we expect that Atlanta residents will feel the same way.”

RediClinics are staffed by certified nurse practitioners who work with local physicians to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for common medical conditions, such as strep throat and upper respiratory infections. They also administer a wide range of preventive services, including health screenings, medical tests, vaccinations and basic physical exams. RediClinics are open seven days a week (including most holidays) and offer extended hours on weekdays. Adults and children over age two are welcome, no appointments necessary and a typical visit takes about 15 minutes.

RediClinic’s certified nurse practitioners, who are registered nurses with masters degrees, use a proprietary electronic medical record system to document and guide patient visits.  This system ensures patient suitability to RediClinic’s limited scope of practice and facilitates continuity of care when other clinicians are involved. Patients who cannot be treated at RediClinic or who need ongoing treatment are referred to their primary care provider, if they have one, or to other physicians in their communities.

“Adding RediClinics to our stores in Atlanta will improve the area’s health care delivery system by making it more convenient and affordable for patients with common ailments and those who want preventive care,” said Don Huonker, Walgreens vice president of pharmacy services. “The services offered at RediClinic will complement those already provided by Walgreens and the local medical community.”
