Sports & School Physicals
Physical exams are required for participation in sports and other school activities. A RediClinic clinician will review your teen’s medical history and perform a physical exam from head to toe.* |
 |
Acne Consultation
85% of teenagers have acne, and the problem is more than skin deep. Acne can affect your teen’s self-esteem and limit his or her social interaction and participation in school activities. At RediClinic, we will evaluate your teen’s acne and recommend the appropriate treatment, which may include a prescription or over-the-counter medications**. |
 |
Immunization Review
Ensuring that your teen is protected from diseases is important, and certain immunizations are required for the 2010-11 school year. A RediClinic clinician will review your teen’s immunization history, tell you what vaccines he/she may need for school admission and administer the vaccines if necessary†. |
