Here's our process:
1. Get Ready! Start with a basic physical exam.
2. Get Moving! If medication is prescribed, fill your prescription at any pharmacy.
3. Get Encouraged! Receive counseling and support from RediClinic.
1st Visit Start Date
Includes:
a basic physical exam
if appropriate, a 4-week prescription for medication you fill at a pharmacy
educational material

2nd Visit 2 weeks later
Includes:
check progress toward quitting

support counseling by clinician

answers to questions or concerns

3rd Visit 2 weeks later
Includes:
a basic physical exam
if appropriate, a 4-week prescription for medication you fill at a pharmacy
educational material

4th Visit 2 weeks later
Includes:
check progress toward quitting
support counseling by clinician
