“I’ve tried to lose weight several times before on my own – I liked the accountability with a Clinician on the Weigh Forward program. "I decided to try the Weigh Forward program because I could have personal counseling, encouragement and support; schedule appointments to fit my personal schedule; do it close to my house; and it included Lipo-B. My clinician was the best! I’m a “type A” personality and she’s a “type B” personality which totally was a God send to me. We just worked well together to get the program to work for me.
The key learnings that I will take away are that portion control is very important, exercise is very important, and sugar intake is very important. I lost 27 pounds by listing what I ate, reducing my portion size, thinking about what I choose to eat, being much more aware of what I choose when eating out, using tips my clinician suggested along the way, and not weighing myself between appointments."
