“I’ve tried to lose weight several times before on my own – I liked the accountability with a Clinician on the Weigh Forward program. Molly, my Clinician, was amazing – She was my ‘Weigh Forward Cheerleader’, so supportive and helped keep me motivated. The program was in my H-E-B, where I shop every week. The online program, MyWeighForward.com, was a great tool to keep track of my progress. Dr. David Katz’s lesson on Trial by Aisle taught me to check ingredients lists for hidden sugars and salts, and to pick the shorter lists. The best thing about the program was it provided me with information to change my unhealthy lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle.
Being committed, keeping track of everything that I ate, and having exercised 6 days a week, resulted in losing 32 pounds on the 10-week program. I’m presently on the maintenance program and continue to lose – a total of 45 pounds lost to date!”
