At RediClinic, our executive and leadership team has a unified mission in ensuring each patient receives the highest quality healthcare. Read their bios below.

Shannon Blair
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Blair is the chief operating officer of RediClinic, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rite Aid Corporation. In her role, she leads the development of the corporate strategy and key initiatives, ensuring delivery of RediClinic’s value proposition of easy access to high-quality, convenient healthcare. In addition, she oversees the day-to-day business operations of RediClinic locations and RediClinic Express sites inside Rite Aid Pharmacies throughout the greater Philadelphia and New Jersey areas, as well as clinic locations inside H-E-B grocery stores in Texas. With over 30 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Blair began her career with Gulf Coast Center – Mental Health and Mental Retardation as a residential manager. She was responsible for all aspects of managing 24-hour care for clients with Mental Health Disabilities. Soon after, Shannon was vice president of operations and sales for Hearthstone Senior Services, where she oversaw 32 assisted living communities in nine states. Before her recent appointment to COO, Shannon served as vice president of operations at RediClinic for 11 years.

Molly Smith, PA-C
Vice President of Clinical Services

Molly Smith is the vice president of clinical services of RediClinic. In her role, she leads and oversees clinical services with a focus on caring for patients with acute, episodic conditions and preventive care needs, in continuing RediClinic’s mission to provide easy access to high-quality healthcare. In addition, Molly aligns initiatives targeted to patient-centered, community-focused care through collaborations with Rite Aid and other retail health partners, and ensures the continuity of care for patients through alliances with local healthcare systems. Molly is an active as a board member for the Convenient Care Association, a trade-industry organization. She contributes her medical expertise to various executive panels at national events throughout the year. Molly is a board-certified physician assistant and began her career at RediClinic as a healthcare provider, to serving in multiple leadership roles over the last nine years.

Michelle Bubel
Senior Director of Human Resources and Recruiting

Michelle Bubel, senior director of human resources and recruiting, joined RediClinic in 2011. With nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare, she serves as a strategic business partner within various departments to deliver great healthcare and a great experience to both associates, and the communities RediClinic serves. In her role, she leads human resources programs and recruitment strategy to advance field and corporate initiatives while positively engaging the workforce and supporting company goals. Michelle is an active board member of Houston Healthcare Human Resources Association (HHHRA) and in her spare time she enjoys family time, travelling and running half marathons.

Courtney Collier, PMP
Director of Operations

Courtney Collier is the director of operations for RediClinic. She is an experienced healthcare project manager and operations director offering 15+ years of experience leading all phases of diverse market development and expansion projects, as well as clinical software implementation, cross-functional enterprise execution, and throughput development and improvements. Courtney earned a BS from Texas A&M University, and shortly after, began her career at RediClinic. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. Courtney enjoys scuba diving, hunting, fishing, and riding her Harley when time permits.

Pamela Cooper, PhD
Director of Training

Pamela Cooper is the director of training for RediClinic. In her role, Ms. Cooper leads the strategic direction of training for RediClinic including developing leadership development strategies, onboarding new associates and maximizing associate potential and success through the clinic manager in training program. Pamela is passionate about adult learning and leveraging the talent and skills of the workforce to achieve RediClinic’s key initiatives and mission. Pamela has over twenty-five years of professional experience in training and development and has held leadership roles in a variety of organizations including American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, Ashley Furniture and Heart of America Group. Pamela holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a master’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Ambrose University and a doctorate in organizational development from Benedictine University.

Keith Lott
Director of Field Operations

Keith Lott, director of field operations, joined the RediClinic team in 2012. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinics and partners with other leaders in the development and implementation of strategies to facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of convenient access to high quality healthcare. He brings over 20 years of healthcare operations experience spanning various settings including long-term care, home health, and primary care including pharmacy and laboratory services.

William Melendy
Senior Director of Marketing

William Melendy is the marketing director for RediClinic. Mr. Melendy oversees the day-to-day marketing of the organization. In his role, he leads the development of the marketing strategies and driving patient traffic, while delivering on RediClinic’s value proposition of easy access to high-quality, convenient and affordable healthcare. With over 25 years of marketing professional experience in the healthcare and entertainment industries, William began his career as an entertainment supervisor at Six Flags and Universal Studios theme parks. Later, William oversaw a $50+ million annual advertising budget as the national advertising manager as part of his 13 year career at AMC Theatres. William has been with RediClinic since 2005.

Alyssa Parrish
Director of Legal and Compliance

Alyssa Parrish is senior counsel and director of compliance for RediClinic. Boasting more than 10 years of law experience, Alyssa is a strategic partner that enables business development and sustained growth through new market expansion, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and operational infrastructure. She has completed over 30 healthcare joint venture transactions and has launched three, ground up compliance programs. Since 2008, she has assisted RediClinic as both an executive team member and, at-times, as a consultant. Her exposure to various health ventures, including, ambulatory surgery center/hospital developers and managers, accountable care organizations, and specialty care coordination teams make her an asset to an ever-evolving healthcare entity.

Alyssa attended Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock and earned her undergraduate degree from University of Houston. Alyssa and her physician husband spend their spare time traveling and raising their twin daughters.
