Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Barrera is the Chief Operating and Marketing Officer of RediClinic. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and related industries, both in the medical provider and managed care payer sectors. Prior to joining RediClinic, she served as the Director of Occupational Medicine for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and Health Network Providers (HNP), the largest healthcare system in Southeast Texas and the largest Independent Physician Association (IPA) in Texas. At Memorial Hermann, Ms. Barrera managed all occupational related hospital and employer worksite clinic operations, as well as client and provider development, and the insurance product lines, resulting in multi-million dollar revenue generation for the organization. Ms. Barrera holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fields is Chief Financial Officer for RediClinic and Health Dialog, both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Rite Aid. As CFO, Jeff is responsible for the fiscal management of both RediClinic and Health Dialog as they continue to grow in the total population management services and retail health care markets. He has nearly two decades of experience as a financial executive, most notably at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Jeff was Chief Auditor, and more recently at Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), where he was Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller. SCA partnered with 45 leading health care systems and went public during his tenure. Jeff is also a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate from the University of Alabama.
Peter Goldbach, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Goldbach is Chief Medical Officer for RediClinic and Health Dialog—both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Rite Aid. As CMO at RediClinic, Peter is responsible for oversight of all clinical activities including RediClinics’ credentialing, care protocols, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and treatment protocols. As CMO at Health Dialog, Peter is responsible for the clinical integrity of their coaching and shared decision making programs, supporting the sales and marketing teams, and providing leadership in the development of new products.Prior to joining Health Dialog and RediClinic, Peter served as President and CEO of Med-Vantage, a privately-held informatics and reporting company that was majority owned by a consortium of six Blue Cross plans. Under Peter’s leadership, the company significantly expanded its client base and product offerings. Previous to this appointment Peter served as a Medical Director for Blue Cross and BlueShield of Massachusetts where he led the integration of innovative Pay for Performance and eHealth programs. Earlier in his career Peter served as CEO, medical director, and Trustee of a community hospital in Boston.
Peter is a board certified specialist in Pulmonary Disease, and had maintained a pulmonary and primary care practice. He holds an undergraduate and master’s degree from UCLA and earned a medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical School. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at George Washington University Hospital and his Pulmonary Disease fellowship at Cedars-Sinai UCLA Medical Center.
Vice President of Operations
Ms. Blair is Vice President of Operations for RediClinic. Prior to joining RediClinic, she served as Vice President of Operations and Sales for Hearthstone Senior Services, where she was responsible for operating 32 assisted living communities in 9 states. Ms. Blair began her career with Gulf Coast Center – Mental Health and Mental Retardation as a Residential Manager, where she was responsible for all aspects of managing 24-hour care for clients with Mental Health Disabilities. Shannon brings 22 years of professional experience in healthcare.
Vice President of Human Resources
Mr. Bennie is Vice President of Human Resources for RediClinic. Prior to joining RediClinic, he served as the Group Senior Director, Division 4, for Rite Aid in New York and was instrumental in driving results to achieve outstanding financial performance and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Paul served as Senior Director of HR, Division 1, for Rite Aid in California where he focused on workforce strategy resulting in significant improvements in the areas of employee engagement, turnover and vacancy—and in building a strong, collaborative culture. Paul brings over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources and Operations professional.
