We continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the guidance of the CDC, local and state health departments to quickly act and take the appropriate precautions as necessary. We encourage our patients to visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website for the most up-to-date information and facts on COVID-19.
Now more than ever, we are incredibly grateful to our own valued healthcare team of providers and staff for their hard work and dedication.
We will continue to be here for our patients, our associates, and our communities; and thank you for your continued support.

Today we’re resuming in-clinic operations – by appointment only – in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio – offering such services as health screenings, vaccinations, TB testing, physicals, and more. During this time, we are not accepting walk-in patients.
We are taking proper safety measures before every in-clinic patient visit by enforcing a COVID-19 screening online here at RediClinic.com.

RediClinic@Home Now Available; On-site Visits Temporarily Suspended
Today we have transitioned from on-site visits to video visits with the launch of our new, telehealth service: RediClinic@Home! From the comfort of your home, you can connect virtually with one of our RediClinic providers to receive high-quality care for common medical conditions, and more, seven days a week with extended hours. To start your video visit, go to RediClinic.com/RCH.
Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health and safety of our associates and patients, we have temporarily suspended operations at our brick and mortar RediClinic and RediClinic Express locations.

RediClinic Visit Procedures
For the health and safety of patients and staff, we are asking only the patient – and one parent or guardian of a minor(s) if applies – to wait in the lobby area at their visit.
In efforts to effectively manage patient flow and visits during this time, we strongly encourage patients to schedule an appointment online: Simply book your next RediClinic visit here.
