Eligibility for Refund/Return:
Refunds or returns will only be processed if you provide a clear video demonstrating the damage or defect of the received product. This helps us verify the issue and continuously improve our service. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please email your order details and reason for the request to support@rediclinic.com or call us at +91 9100177427 (Available 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM). We take customer feedback seriously and use it to enhance our quality of service.

Once your refund request is approved and all necessary verifications are completed, it generally takes up to 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your original p ayment method. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

We strive to ensure your order is delivered according to your specifications. If you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify RediClinic Customer Support immediately or within 24 hours of delivery for a timely resolution. Please note that we cannot accept liability for delivery issues reported after 24 hours of receipt.
