Effective Tuesday, September 18, RediClinic will no longer be operating its clinics located within the greater Puget Sound region and surrounding Seattle area. It has been an honor to care for you and we hope these closures won’t inconvenience you.
To help make this change as smooth as possible, we invite you to visit one of our many MultiCare sites throughout the area. Like RediClinics, these sites referenced below offer you convenient services, extended hours, and weekend appointments — and most insurance plans are accepted. This includes:
- Indigo Urgent Care. With 16 locations in the Puget Sound region, Indigo offers you a refreshingly friendly, fast and convenient urgent care experience. Patients consistently rate us high – 4.9 out of 5 stars – for the care and customer service provided at all Indigos.
- Immediate Clinic. Located in the greater Seattle area, these urgent cares serve busy, mostly
urban areas and offer expanded hours, walk-in or online appointment scheduling and quick service for many injuries and illnesses. Some locations also offer Occupational Medicine services for local employers.
- MultiCare Urgent Care Clinics. First opened by MultiCare in the 90s, nine locations serve residents throughout Pierce County, caring for a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries. MultiCare Urgent Care Clinics were early innovators, and have been connected to MultiCare’s MyChart medical record since the beginning.

How can I obtain copies or transfer copies of my—or my child’s—medical records?
To receive a complete copy of your RediClinic medical records; or
To have a copy of your RediClinic medical records sent to a health practitioner of your choice, please visit rediclinic.com/faqs/patient-medical-records to access a “Medical Request Form,” completely fill out the form, and send either of the following ways:
(a) To the address listed on the form; or
(b) To ensure a faster delivery, please fax the Medical Request Form to 1-866-279-9592.
What other rights do I have with respect to my protected health information?Please review our “Notice of Privacy Practices”, which was given to you the first time you visited RediClinic, and is also at rediclinic.com/privacy-policy. This notice provides you with important information, such as telling you how your information may be used or disclosed, what rights you have with respect to your information (e.g., requesting a restriction on our use or disclosure or an amendment to the information we have in our records), and how you may exercise these rights.
How can I ensure my medical records are protected?Please feel free to contact 1-855-BE REDI-8, option 3. Once you obtain an operator, he/she will either answer your question or direct your call to the appropriate contact.
