RediClinics are high-quality convenient
care clinics located inside retail stores that include
pharmacy services. They are staffed by clinicians,
who are trained and licensed to treat common conditions
and provide preventive services, in collaboration with
local physicians. |

We treat adults and children two years of age and older. |

|
RediClinic’s clinicians
treat 25 to 30 common conditions such as strep throat,
ear infections, urinary tract infections, and skin rashes.
Clinicians are able to order prescriptions

blood screening tests, immunizations, and basic physical

At
RediClinic, you can receive most common blood tests.
Our tests include, but are not limited to, screenings
for high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, liver
and kidney function, thyroid disease, allergies, prostatic
specific antigen (PSA), and osteoporosis*. Our panels
combine our most popular exams at a discounted price
to give you an even better value for your money!

Clinicians are registered
nurses with advanced degrees and training who are able
to diagnose and treat common conditions, in collaboration
with local physicians. Clinicians are licensed
to order prescriptions when appropriate. |

local physicians. This medical oversight ensures that
you receive high-quality, professional care. |

For your convenience, RediClinics
are located inside select stores you regularly frequent,
such as H-E-B and Wal-Mart stores. to see if we’re
already in your neighborhood. |

RediClinics are usually located at
the front of the store, near the pharmacy and check-out
counters. |

RediClinics are open seven days a
week, including extended hours during weekdays. RediClinics
also are open on most holidays. to find out when

You do not need an appointment; patients
are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. |

RediClinic services usually take no more than 15 minutes.
If there’s a line, you can take a pager and shop
the store while you wait. |

No.
RediClinics have a limited scope of practice, which
is one of the reasons you’re in and out so fast.
RediClinic clinicians do not treat broken bones,
lacerations, or chronic conditions, such as high cholesterol,
high blood pressure, or diabetes. However, RediClinic
clinicians do administer screening tests that
are related to the above-mentioned chronic conditions. |

No, they cannot treat nor prescribe
for chronic conditions. |
|
|
Some
screening and test results are available immediately. Effective June 6th, 2008, RediClinic will not be able to post lab results online. You will receive lab results via mail within 14 business days. Results for visits prior to June 6th, 2008 will be available through our customer relations center. If you have questions regarding the delivery of results*, or need results from visits prior to June 6th, 2008, you can contact customer relations at 866-607-7334.
*Results cannot be provided over the phone. Customer relations representatives can assist with secure delivery of your results.

Treatment for a condition such as
the common cold, strep throat, ear infections, urinary
tract infections, rashes, and more costs $69 or, when
applicable, your insurance co-pay. The cost of some
diagnostic tests may be an additional charge. Our preventive
services, including screening tests and panels, vaccinations,
and physicals, have varying prices, starting at $19.

RediClinic now accepts Aetna, CIGNA,
Humana, UnitedHealthcare, many regional carriers, and
Medicare. to see which carriers are accepted
at your neighborhood RediClinic. Check with your carrier
to find your specific co-pay for the use of RediClinic. |
